You can also go online to book an appointment through our electronic booking system (registration to use the software is required). To use this feature please click here. If we have a mobile number recorded in your notes, we will also send a sms text message confirming the appointment. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date. This is an opt out service (ie should you wish not to receive any text messages please let reception know).
All urgent cases are seen on the day. You may be asked to speak to the duty doctor who will be able to offer you an appointment with the most appropriate clinician. If you don’t need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book up to five weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you.You may be asked to see a nurse practitioner. They are further trained to consult on a wide range of common conditions and work closely with the doctors. We do offer telephone consultations with every Clinician during each session. You may find these slots more appropriate for you if you are seeking advice only.
We do offer extended hour clinics for those patients who find if difficult to see us during standard working hours. These clinics run on Tuesday and Wednesday early morning, Wednesday evening and Saturday early morning (latter being from our branch site). Please note that extended hour clinic appointments must be booked in advance.
You can book up to five weeks ahead for chronic disease clinics.
