We have a suggestion box for confidential ideas/comments, or patients may
discuss these with the practice manager or doctors.
We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be times
when you feel this had not happened.
Our in-house complaints procedure is designed to deal with such a situation.
It does not deal with matters of legal liability or compensation and does not
affect your right to complain to the Primary Care Trust.
If you wish to make a complaint please telephone or write to our practice
manager. Details will be taken and after the matter has been investigated you
will be invited to attend a meeting to discuss your complaint.
You may bring a friend or relative to the meeting. If you are making a
complaint on behalf of another person their written consent would be necessary
before any information could be discussed
